Navi privacy

Navi is a private personal assistant operated by Zac Muir. Only its configured owner can access the board.

Google sign-in uses your email and profile to verify access. Connecting Gmail permits reading conversations, sending approved replies, and archiving approved threads. Refresh reads mail without sending or archiving.

Conversation copies, board decisions, and account connections are stored in a Railway-hosted Postgres database. OAuth credentials are encrypted. The app uses a secure session cookie for sign-in.

Gmail data is used only to display and manage your conversations. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized AI models. No AI service is currently connected.

You can revoke Gmail access in your Google Account connections. Stored copies remain until deleted by the operator. For deletion or privacy questions, contact zacmuir10@gmail.com.

Navi's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
